Asian Aerospace

So as promised, pictures and stories from my Asian Aerospace exhibition. Saturday morning so we thought........lets meet at nine since thing starts at 930. The queue was like super duper long and that was just for the bus ride. We still had to go thru 2 security checkpoint and it seems that there were MILLIONS of people.

That was just a mock but this next one is the real deal. The Apache Longbow!!

Wish i could fly one of these babies!!

This picture of the F-16 gave me lots of problem coz i had to photoshop away like so many people in the background. Took me about 45mins to get it right.

I love the F-15 and so does the RSAF!!! Talked to one of the American pilots......he was damn good looking also. Hahaha!!

The F-18 above is not too bad looking an aircraft too! It's the aircraft that they use in the TV series 'Pensacola'. After touring the static displays we proceeded to an open field where we could watch the aerial display. The whole thing was alright till the F-15 and the Airbus 380 made their entrance! Those 2 birds literally stole the show!


By then, I was almost half cooked and seriously dehydrated. I wanted to chill out in the air conditioned tent but the rest wanted to go to the next part of the static display where the big aircrafts were kept. So we queued up again to take a bus that would take us there. My mood totally changed when i got there coz i saw the most beautiful thing ever!

The B1 bomber!!! With a sexy body like that, how could you not fall in love!!!!!


So anyway, there was this one place where everybody was crowding around. But no matter how hard i tried , I could not see the thing that they were looking at. I was like going ," What are all these jabroni's looking at?" More and more people crowded around the area. I had enough and left but i took a picture of these morons. Now then i know what they were looking at. It's a stealth A380!!!

This was the last place that we exhibit that we visited and off we went. But the fun didn't end there. When we were on the bus, the damn engine died on us, half way on our journey to Pasir Ris MRT. So we had to wait by the side of the road for the next bus.
Hahaha!

Trapped

I feel trapped. I do not know what to do. I want a job that doesn't want me I think. Personally, I hate all this thing abt " We regret that only selected candidate will be notified." Fuck all these people who think that we should be waiting for months in anxiety doing nothing but wait for a call or a letter telling us we have a job. (Basically, that would be every single company in Singapore......) This totally has to change man. Take some time and effort to inform those not selected that they did not get the job. At least they can move on.

My uncle has recommended me a job at his company which was not bad. Great pay, great perks, lots of overtime, tough job(which i prefer rather than a desk job). However, one part kinda puts me off. That most of the time i have to work alone and sometimes that mean working at stations besides cemetries.

Midnight shift + cemetry + alone + big building = One scared wannabe scuba diver.

I guess i'll just send out as many applications as i can. Who knows........I might be lucky enough to get a rejection letter or two.

Anyway, will be posting pictures and entry on Asian Aerospace after my exams on Tuesday. Till then, have a nice day!

Screwed up

Something is really screwed up with Hotmail and Messenger these past few days...........................

Lost

I have lost my zest for life. I have lost my motivation to study. I am nervous about leaving school. I am nervous about the thought of leaving my comfortable life and freedom for a seven to seven job. I am nervous about losing my friends and having to make new ones. I am at a cross road in my life.

My future seems uncertain........except for my scuba diving course that is.

Signed up for scuba diving, I have!

So what did you do this holiday? (Part III)

We had a BBQ on Sunday at Changi Beach. It was not so much the food that interest me but it's the fishing!

Only three of us this time had the "mood" to fish. My uncle, my cousin and me! We went to the 'rocks' to see if we could get some big ones. This time we went to the other side of the rocks edge where there's not so many people.

At the beginning, i didn't catch anything while my 2 fishing kaki's kept catching fishes. Most of the time the fishes would eat my bait and run back into the rocks before I pull them out. I got damn pissed after having to keep fixing new hooks like 5 times. Then my uncle told me, "I give u good spot. U just fish here. Sure get fish!". I was like, yah rite! It was just a small hole between the rocks near the water's edge. After about 1 min, I pulled out a catfish!! WOOHOO!! After that......I kept bringing it in........We caught like 4 fishes from that hole. Hahaha! But the last and biggest catch was mine! It was at the same hole. The fish kept playing around with me for more than 15 mins. Bite my bait little by little! KNN! After awhile, it ate the whole hook! HAHAHA!!! Granddaddy of Catfish OWNED by Azhar!!

Didn't get any pics of the fishes coz I didn't want to get my camera dirty with prawn goo and get rusty from seawater. Hahaha! U guys just have to imagine! Have a nice day!
